Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, operations management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Production/Operations Manager.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with choosing By Advantages (CBA) decision-making methodology and ERP systems.

(Master’s preferred)Experience: 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Production or Operations Manager, with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing principles. Brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to lead through influence, set clear expectations, and hold teams accountable. Possesses in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems, with certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent experience preferred. Demonstrated success in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing safer, more efficient practices across operations. Experienced in managing, mentoring, and developing teams, with the ability to inspire performance and drive results.
