Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to coordinate engineering changes and maintain records.
• Proficient in BOM content verification and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects.
• Maintain records on change notices and temporary deviations.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing build related documentation.
• Support execution of project milestones and preproduction build activities.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with project launches.

The Industrial Engineering Coordinator also is an integral part of the Process System Design to help with manufacturing readiness and monitoring metrics of existing projects.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School diploma. Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field is preferredExperience: 2-5 years of manufacturing experienceTravel: Up to 10% based on company needWork Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projectsMaintain accurate records on changes notices and temporary deviations for Operation Engineering projectsDraft and maintain the manufacturing build related documentationCoordinate and support the execution of the Excellerate Process System Designs key milestonesSupport project launch activities by assisting with preproduction build activitiesManage and drive open action item lists with cross functional team membersVerify and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) content after initial setupMonitor metrics around Key Process Indicators for projectsActively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.Performs other related duties as required and assignedThe job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
