Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Faith Apprenticeship Level 1 enrolled candidate to support installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems at customer sites.

The role involves traveling to sites, bending conduit with various tools, pulling wires, and assisting with material handling while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1.
• Travel 60-75% of time.
• Work schedule may include nights, weekends and holidays depending on customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1
• Travel: 60-75%
• Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, and customer‑specific safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
