Fully Remote
6 Months Contract

We are looking for an Excel expert with the ability to handle complex spreadsheets and VBA programming. This role demands strong
communication skills to interact with senior business leaders, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. You will focus on maintaining and enhancing our Reserving models to ensure they are optimized for Excel 365.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand complex Excel spreadsheet requirements and issues.

· Develop and maintain complex Excel models, including advanced calculations and VBA scripting.

· Analyze and troubleshoot existing spreadsheets, providing solutions to enhance functionality and performance.

· Integrate Excel models with other data sources and systems as necessary.

· Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices and potential rewrites to optimize for Excel 365.

· Ensure all updates and modifications are thoroughly tested and documented.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Excel Developer or similar role.

· Expertise in advanced Excel functions, VBA programming, and data integration.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing technical details with non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience with Excel 365 and knowledge of its features and capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in financial modeling and reserving models.

· Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
