Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an Excel Data Entry Coordinator for a temporary Beltsville, MD project. The role focuses on reviewing paper and PDF records, translating them into accurate Excel/CSV entries, and preparing hundreds of historical records for upload into a new digital system.

You will work independently in a high-volume, short-term digitization effort, with an ASAP start. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are allowed; onsite in Beltsville with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently with paper records, PDFs, spreadsheets, and CSV files.
• Ability to efficiently manage repetitive, high-volume data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review paper and PDF records and accurately enter information into Excel/CSV files.
• Organize and prepare several hundred historical records for upload into a new digital system.
• Review completed entries for accuracy, consistency, and missing information.
• Work independently on a high-volume, short-term digitization project.
