Responsibilities

• Operate the excavator safely within company guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform daily pre- and post inspection of equipment and working areas.
• Report needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Maintain safe traffic flow around the site and operate other equipment as needed.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks (tire pressure, oil, grease, diesel, hoses).
• Assist in training co-workers and perform other duties as assigned.
