Job summary

Two Eight is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our crew. The role involves operating excavators, assisting in crushing operations, and performing routine maintenance. Travel and out-of-state work are required as part of daily duties.

We value strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently in outdoor environments for long hours. CDL is a plus but not required, and attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators and heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work out of state.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance beneficial.
• Experience around crushing equipment is a plus.

Excavator Operator / Crushing Crew Member

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Excavator Operator to join our growing team. This position requires travel and out-of-state work, along with the ability to assist in daily crushing operations and equipment maintenance. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work independently day to day.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently in quarry, crushing, and job site environments
• Assist with crushing operations and material handling
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Keep equipment clean, fueled, greased, and operating properly
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist with repairs when needed
• Load and unload equipment as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations
• Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Travel and work out of state as needed

Requirements
