Job summary

Garney is seeking an Excavator Operator to join our crew in Florida. You will operate heavy equipment to perform excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, loaming, fine grading and final cleanup. The role may include laborer tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience with Cat 336 excavators or larger, and a strong understanding of equipment operations, maintenance, and safety signals. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience operating a Cat 336 size excavator or bigger.
• Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance.
• Must be able to work overtime.

An Excavator Operator position is available at Garney. To be considered for this position, you must have previous construction experience. As an Excavator Operator, you will operate machinery to perform activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, loaming, fine grading, and final cleanup.
