Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a skilled equipment operator to support road and infrastructure construction projects. You will drive, maneuver, and control heavy machinery, performing routine maintenance and coordinating with crew on site.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and experience with construction equipment. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, maneuver, or control heavy machinery for road construction and other structures.
• Clean and maintain equipment, performing basic repairs as needed.
• Move levers, pedals, or valves to operate equipment and drive/ maneuver it.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew members using signals.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.

What You Will Be Doing

Drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures

• Cleans and maintains equipment, making basic repairs as necessary.


• Moves levers, pushes pedals, or turn valves to control equipment. Drives and maneuver equipment.


• Coordinates machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.


• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.


• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

What We Are Looking For
