Job summary

Pulice is looking for team members to control heavy machinery for road construction and other structures in San Antonio, Texas. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with construction equipment is preferred. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 to $30.00 with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), medical care, and wellness programs.

How You Will Make an Impact

Drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures.

• Cleans and maintains equipment, making basic repairs as necessary.
• Moves levers, pushes pedals, or turns valves to control equipment while driving and maneuvering.
• Coordinates machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
• Maintains knowledge of company values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments as directed by management.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred.
