Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking an Excavator Operator with pipe laying and sewer/water experience. You will coordinate materials to install sanitary, watermain, and storm pipes, work with pipe layers and operators, and support the foreman while maintaining jobsite safety and organization.

The role requires 3+ years in Sewer and Water, ability to operate loader and backfill excavator, and a valid driver's license. Union membership may be required or pursued with HR assistance.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of experience in Sewer and Water.
• Must be able to operate loader and backfill excavator.
• Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; CDL desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all materials to install sanitary, watermain, and storm pipes and manholes.
• Support pipe layers, operators and foreman; maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure materials and workflow stay organized and efficient; work between loader and backfill excavator.
