Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for our growing Civil Division in the Winchester area. The role focuses on operating power shovel to excavate, adhering to safety standards and site procedures.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of excavator experience, solid knowledge of construction techniques, and familiarity with OSHA regulations. On-site work at various project sites with potential for overtime and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of excavator operating experience.
• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• DOT experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grades to line and grade
• May service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment
• Can operate on track or rubber tired and also included under this title will be gradall or wrist-o-twist type equipment
• May complete minor repairs
• Routine cleaning of equipment
