Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor to support excavation, grading, and site development.
• Assist with trenching, backfilling, and compaction operations.
• Support installation of underground utilities, including pipe laying and alignment.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and site prep.
• Work safely around heavy equipment, maintaining awareness of surroundings and crew activity.
• Follow directions from foremen, operators, and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Use hand tools and basic power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Assist with traffic control and site safety setup as needed.
• Identify and communicate hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and job site procedures.
• Report to work on time and prepared for assigned duties.
• Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support crew productivity and project progress.
