Summary of Job:

We are seeking an experienced Excavation Project Manager in Denver, CO, to operate camera and locating equipment within our Plumbing Underground Department. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a challenging environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use camera equipment to assess line conditions.
  • Use line locating equipment for accurate mapping of Sanitary, Storm, and Water line systems.
  • Listen to customer needs, assess, and develop solutions.
  • Create accurate, complete proposals for our fulfillment/service teams.
  • Build customer rapport and support them through the buying process.
  • Understand city requirements, permits, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment, service, and customer experience teams.
  • Maintain organization, motivation, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers throughout the process.
  • Adjust communication style to enhance customer experience.
  • Create detailed job notes in customer accounts for future reference.
  • Share thoughts and learn from coworkers in meetings and one-on-one interactions.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with dispatchers about job statuses.
  • Keep workspace clean and organized on-site and in your vehicle.
  • Work safely and promote safety among colleagues.
  • Sales experience is preferred; technical experience is not required.
  • Experience in In-Home Services is strongly desired.
  • Prioritize safety and adhere to OSHA standards and regulations.
Requirements:

Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, stooping, handling controls, hearing, and talking. Must be able to climb ladders, work in various outdoor conditions, and lift/move up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close focus and adjustable focus. Work environment varies seasonally and involves outdoor work, interruptions, and changing priorities. Effective communication is essential.
