Base pay range

$30,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Allen Service provides home services, such as electrical and plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Our expert team has served Fort Collins residents for over six decades and we are expanding to the Denver Metropolitan area! Our staff must have a neat and clean-cut appearance, great communication skills, and enjoy working with customers. We are looking for 5-Star Excavation Sales Advisor to join our team!

In this role, you'll conduct sales visits and offer our excavation, plumbing, and HVAC services, aiming to meet customer needs and provide optimal solutions. We seek a high-energy individual who is confident, accountable, professional, and demonstrates personal integrity and respect for others.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in outside sales, preferably in in-home services
• Plumbing license highly preferred
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

• High-energy, confident, accountable, and professional
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass background and drug tests

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct sales visits and recommend services based on customer needs
• Answer customer questions about services, prices, and credit terms
• Follow-up with customers to offer solutions
• Mark dig locations accurately
• Take pictures and videos of sites, and upload notes to the job management system
• Some nights and weekends required
