Four Corners Companies in Gilmanton, NH is seeking a hardworking Construction Laborer to join our on-site team. You will assist with site prep, framing, finishing, and support for skilled trades while helping keep jobs on schedule and safe.

This role offers outdoor work in varying weather, opportunities to learn carpentry, and a path to advancement within our Lakes Region construction team.

Qualifications

• Physical readiness for demanding outdoor labor.
• Willingness to learn carpentry and related trades.
• Reliable transportation to Gilmanton, NH sites.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment across job sites.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians as needed.
• Landscaping and hardscaping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Perform demolition, excavation, and debris removal as directed.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen to meet project deadlines.

• Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work

• Prior construction, labor, or trades experience preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Gilmanton, NH area
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• Willing to learn carpentry and other skills
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus
• OSHA 10 certification a plus, but not required
