In this role, you will work directly with equipment operators and site leads to perform ground-level excavation, utility installation, and equipment support. Key Responsibilities

Operator Support:

Assist heavy equipment operators with bucket and teeth changes, connecting hydraulic hoses, checking grades, and spraying water for material moisture conditioning.

Pipe & Groundwork: Shovel trenching material, lay pipe, and perform hand labor under the direction of the site lead.

Site Safety & Care: Maintain high situational awareness around active machinery, follow all safety instructions, and treat company tools and equipment with respect.

Qualifications & Requirements

Physical Ability:

Able to lift at least 50 lbs continuously and perform strenuous manual labor in outdoor job site environments.

Punctuality & Logistics: Must have reliable, consistent transportation and a proven track record of arriving on time every day.
