You will assist with digging, trenching, and backfilling for sewer and water lines, load tools and materials, and help keep job sites safe and organized. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians and learn through real project experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with hands-on training provided.
• Assist digging, trenching, and backfilling for sewer and water line projects.
• Help prepare, load, and stage tools, materials, and equipment.
• Support installation and repair of water and sewer lines, laterals, and cleanouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in trenches or confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Hands-on training with experienced professionals.
