Job summary

You will interpret plans, coordinate excavation, grading, utilities, and equipment activities, and ensure daily field execution with strict quality control and safety adherence. Strong documentation and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews on heavy civil earthwork or similar construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and site documentation.
• Proficiency coordinating multiple field operations (excavation, grading, utilities).
• Working knowledge of quality and safety requirements in field operations.
• Accurate written documentation skills for daily field reporting.
