Overview

This is a full‑time, weekday position requiring a reliable and hard‑working individual. The excavation crew needs to be knowledgeable about all dirt work and be comfortable making safe decisions on site.

Tasks

• Driving Company Vehicles

• Placing and Compacting Dirt
• Knowledge of Fill Types
• Use of Excavators
• Use of Skid Steers
• Use of Rake, Tamper, & Transit

Requirements

• Ability to Respectfully Communicate
• 2+ Years Experience in Machine Operations & Prep
• Pass a Post‑Offer Drug Test & Physical
• Lift 75 lb
• Ability to Perform Basic Math
• Ability to Do Physical Labor
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferences

• 2+ Years Experience in Excavation
• High School+ Level Math
• Class A License (must be willing to learn and test for one if not already achieved)
