Job summary

Web Business Solutions Inc. seeks an EWS Subject Matter Expert to design, develop, and teach distance education curriculum for Expeditionary Warfare School.

You will maintain USMC curriculum expertise, convert resident content to online formats, and manage LMS sites while supporting faculty development and accreditation processes. The role requires a Bachelor's in Military Studies or equivalent, plus leadership experience at the battalion/squadron level and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• CLS, ILS, SAW, or TLS graduate.
• Experience using guided discussion techniques to promote critical thinking, reflection, and student engagement.
• Socratic teaching experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain USMC subject matter expertise in the assigned curriculum.
• Adapt resident curriculum into distance education format.
• Revise and update courseware per development schedules.
• Develop course objectives using Bloom's taxonomy.
• Version control for courseware and assessments.
• Create electronic assessment keys and mapping documents.
• Maintain master LMS course sites and field questions about content.
• Coordinate copyright approvals for course materials.
• Provide up-to-date course information for the public site.
• Perform institutional effectiveness analyses and reporting.
• Travel for accreditation visits and faculty development.
• Teach two courses per AY; ensure readiness by April.
• Develop courses per Student Learning Outcomes and MCUP.
