SimVentions, Inc. in the United States (Crane, IN area) seeks a Test & Evaluation Operations Analyst to plan, execute, and document tactical EW system testing for AN/SLQ-32(V)6/7 across Navy ships and land facilities. Role includes hands-on at sea, pierside events, and reporting system performance to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Active Secret Clearance required; US citizenship. Expect up to 25% travel and 2–4 week deployments. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing and evaluating tactical EW systems.
• Prior Navy experience involving shipboard operations or Combat Systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and T&E methodologies.
• Experience with at-sea testing, data collection, and operation scenarios.
• Ability to work 2–4 week shipboard deployments.
• Excellent written communication documenting test outcomes and observations.
• Ability to collaborate with Navy stakeholders, engineers, and test teams.

Responsibilities

• Support onboard T&E of AN/SLQ-32(V)6/7 during shipboard test events.
• Participate in T&E working groups and planning meetings to develop test strategies.
• Develop and validate system and software requirements from observed performance.
• Review Trouble Reports, coordinate with engineering for resolution paths.
• Support pierside testing and integration at Dahlgren, Wallops Island, Moorestown.
• Document findings and SITREPs for program stakeholders.
• Contribute to training material and system familiarization content.
• Coordinate with ship crews and EW engineers to ensure test readiness and data collection.
