Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an Operations System Analyst to join our team in King George, Virginia. This role focuses on integration and testing of Navy EW systems, and the development of procedures for product testing, reviewing results, and recommending production or design changes to ensure quality and performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with EW systems, test development and execution, and the ability to support multiple subsystems including AEGIS and SSDS.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
• Experience developing, integrating, and executing EW test procedures.
• Active Interim Secret Clearance or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform EW system software testing of government-owned systems interfacing with subsystems and military combat systems.
• Develop and execute test cases and procedures; provide SME testing support.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and performance standards.
