As a Certified CH! Technician, you will utilize our proprietary mobile application to document site reviews, perform preventative maintenance, and execute complex break/fix services. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a strong technical aptitude who is eager to operate at the intersection of electrical hardware and software diagnostics.

What You’ll Do
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using a range of tools, from computer diagnostics to basic electrical equipment.
  • Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate technical tools and complete "driver experience" inspections via the CH! mobile app.
  • Maintain detailed, real‑time documentation of all repairs, software troubleshooting, and site status updates to ensure project transparency.
  • Ensure all assigned services are delivered on time and within scope; expedite technical or site‑level risks to management as needed.
  • Represent ChargerHelp! at client locations with the highest standards of professional conduct and communication.
  • Follow strict safety protocols to minimize project risks and ensure the safety of the technician and the public.
  • Attend industry conferences and mandatory CH! training sessions to maintain certification and stay current on evolving EVSE technology.
What You Bring
  • Strong hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or related field service; experience with electrical troubleshooting is highly preferred.
  • An enterprising attitude with the ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Excellent client‑facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal operations and management teams.
  • Resourceful and diligent documentation habits to ensure work orders are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various environments, including ladders, extreme temperatures (heat/cold), and confined spaces.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record demonstrating the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; general knowledge of automotive or vehicle systems is a plus.
Licensing & Certifications
  • Preferred: OSHA 10/30 certification, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety training.
  • Mandatory: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
What’s Essential
