Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service with leadership experience in an ops setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training for new EVS staff.
• Coordinate learning assessments and support first-year performance.
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention and leadership to align training with goals.
• Prepare monthly training reports for department leadership.
• Maintain EVS training materials and standards for regulatory compliance.
