Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ, is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS) / Housekeeping on a Per Diem basis. Shifts are 3PM–11PM, including weekdays and weekends, at 1199 Pleasant Valley Way. Compensation is $19.30 per hour plus shift differential.

The role supports patient recovery by keeping all areas clean and welcoming. Minimum requirements include prior housekeeping experience; preferred are a High School diploma or equivalent and hospital EVS

• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps hallways, stations, waiting rooms, and patient rooms clean to support patient recovery and visitor satisfaction.
• Maintains quality and appearance of the physical plant by reporting repair issues and needs daily.
• Keeps floors clean and safe by dust mopping and wet mopping as necessary.
• Cleans and polishes metal trim, furnishings, equipment; washes walls, windows, and beds as assigned.
• Strips, waxes, and buffs floors using proper safety precautions.
