The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a janitorial/custodial worker for duties at VA Medical Centers in Denver and Pueblo, Colorado. The employee works under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor or designee and performs both janitorial and custodial services on site.

Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date 02/01/2027; the selection will follow the OPM Federal Wage System standards with consideration for part-time experience credits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality to do the work.
• Applicants will be rated according to the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards.
• Note: a full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours per week; part-time experience credited on the basis of time actually spent.
