Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Service Technician at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center to clean areas in alignment with leadership expectations. You may perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The role emphasizes patient experience, safety, and adherence to sanitation standards. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of housekeeping or service-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, soiled waste and linen.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time.
• Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standard.
• Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry.
• Follow all time keeping standards: time clock procedures, meal breaks, timely clocking.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Environmental Service Technician is responsible for cleaning areas of the center in accordance with expectations of the centre’s leadership team. Will also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is a 159-bed facility providing quality healthcare to Sumner and surrounding counties for more than 45 years. The facility is the first Accredited Chest Pain Center in Sumner County, a Certified Primary Stroke Center and a designated Level III Trauma Center.
