Job summary

Logan Health Environmental Services Technician in Kalispell, MT, will perform duties across assigned areas to maintain clean, safe environments and support the mission of Logan Health's quality care.

Role requires English proficiency, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork. Prior experience with phones/pages and equipment is preferred. Night shift is 8 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English; ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Team player with ability to work with diverse staff and customers.
• Experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
• Knowledge of proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred.
• Current Driver’s License required; driving record for past 36 months must have no major offenses.
• Commitment to confidentiality and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn other software.

The Environmental Services Technician performs a wide range of duties as applicable to the assigned area(s) procedures and protocol. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language required. Possess ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
• Self motivated and possess ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse customer and coworker population required.
• Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
• Possess knowledge of the proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred.
• To be eligible for the Driver portion of the position:
  • Current Driver’s License required.
  • Driving record for the previous thirty-six (36) months must not reflect any major driving offenses (i.e; DUI, convicted of a felony involving a motor vehicle, suspended license, three (3) or more speeding tickets or other moving violations, etc.).
  • In addition, personal vehicles used for LH business:
    • State law minimum liability coverage limits required.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
