Duncan Regional Hospital Inc is seeking a dedicated EVS Team Leader to coordinate cleaning staff, mentor team members, and perform EVS technician duties as needed. You will ensure quality, safety, and patient satisfaction by maintaining high sanitation standards and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities include directing daily EVS activities, training staff, and communicating with departments to meet cleaning needs while complying with hospital policies and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous team leader or mentor experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (email, etc.) required.

Responsabilités

• Assists with coordinating EVS team member activities and performs EVS technician duties.
• Orients, mentors, and trains team members.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with quality and service.
• Cleans offices, patient rooms, common areas, lavatories, halls and other areas as needed.
• Operates cleaning equipment and maintains sanitation standards.
• Promotes safety and reports major repairs or lighting/heating issues.
