Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• CHEST credentialing required for hires/promotions after Oct 5, 2025; six months to obtain if hired after.
• Experience with cleaning equipment, chemicals and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support EVS team's daily work assignments and coverage.
• Perform quality checks and audits; coach peers.
• Train team members and conduct huddles/shift briefings.
• Ensure operating room cleanliness meets standards.
