Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in environmental services.
• Experience implementing and monitoring cleaning policies, procedures, and programs.
• Experience leading teams and managing timelines and resources.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, laws and standards.
• Proven performance in an earlier role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services Specialists and maintain established work schedules to provide a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Contribute to the execution of environmental services projects and operational implementation of programs.
• Manage space changes across campus to ensure cleaning standards are met for staff/office moves.
• Support development and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures for Environmental Services.
• Research new techniques and stay updated with trends in the environmental services industry.
• Lead and supervise teams; train, mentor, and guide team members and ensure resources are available.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet department and institutional goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
