Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Supervisory experience preferred in housekeeping/Environmental Services.
• Must be able to operate floor care equipment safely, including buffers, floor machines, vacuums, and related tools.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and handle linen/trash carts as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in maintaining high-quality standards and supervise Environmental Services staff; train, motivate, and ensure completion of scheduled tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation protocols and coordinate with other departments as needed.
