Role Description

The EVS Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Keosauqua, IA. This position oversees Environmental Services staff to ensure that all hospital and clinic areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and assigning work, monitoring cleaning standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols. The EVS Supervisor trains and mentors team members, manages supplies and equipment, and collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to support a high-quality patient and visitor experience. The role also involves documenting processes, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Environmental Services.
