Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor at Park MGM to lead a team responsible for clean, welcoming spaces across the casino, public areas, and offices.

You will schedule, train, coach, and ensure adherence to service standards, conducting inspections and coordinating with Facilities to address maintenance; you will champion guest experiences and WOW moments.

Qualifications

• Two years of EVS/PAD experience preferred in Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond environments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
