MGM Resorts International seeks a Banquet Beverage Manager for Mandalay Bay to lead beverage operations for meetings, conventions, and special events. You will partner with Catering, Banquet Service, and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless execution and high service standards.

You will schedule staff, oversee inventory and costs, and uphold health and safety compliance while delivering polished, memorable experiences across the property.

Competenze
