Job summary

Taleo is seeking an EVS supervisor to lead housekeeping operations, train staff, and ensure safety and quality across the property. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, policy compliance, and strong communication with teams and guests.

The candidate will oversee daily environmental service activities, review guest concerns, and participate in rehab planning where needed. This position requires flexibility, strong Supervisory skills, and OSHA awareness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EVS equipment, chemicals, and techniques.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards.
• Ability to perform simple math and read/write clearly.
• Proven supervisory, coordination, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property.
• Provide team member training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Promote guest satisfaction and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Plan and monitor staff activities, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Communicate direction clearly to team members and review guest concerns.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity and minimize labor costs.
• Lead team meetings and disseminate important information.
• Evaluate facilities and assist rehab projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
