Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift EVS Assistant Director in Anaheim, CA to lead the EVS department, coordinate supervisory staff, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission guidelines.

The role involves budgeting, scheduling, training, and serving as the administrator liaison when the Unit Director is absent. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills, with EVS experience.

Formación

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Four year college degree or equivalent work experience; High school diploma or GED required; Two to four years supervisory experience in EVS or service-related field with high customer contact.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and annually review EVS standards and procedures.
• Plan work schedules to ensure adequate EVS services within budget.
• Interview, hire, evaluate and terminate EVS personnel.
• Orientate, train and supervise EVS staff under span of control.
• Inspect facility condition; recommend repairs and furnishings.
• Provide monthly administrative progress reports on short-term accomplishments and plans.
• Coordinate outside services for EVS and maintain budget alignment.
• Discipline associates per progressive guidelines and prepare related reports.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive and orderly facilities.
• Demonstrate Xanitos culture, values, and leadership.
• Meet performance plans and coordinate with other departments.
