Job summary

Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County's Eskenazi Health division seeks an Environmental Services Manager to lead EVS operations across the hospital and outpatient locations in Indianapolis. You will coordinate with Infection Control, manage supplies, and train staff to meet cleaning and safety standards.

The role requires a preferred bachelor's degree in business or leadership, or eight years' EVS management experience, plus a valid Indiana driver's license for local travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or organizational leadership preferred.
• High School diploma or GED with 5 years of post-secondary education plus 5 years in EVS management.
• Eight years of related EVS management experience may substitute education.
• Indiana Driver's License required for frequent local travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and monitor designated EVS areas across hospital and outpatient sites.
• Train, schedule and orient supervisors and staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions and manage supply, equipment, and chemical inventories.
• Coordinate with Infection Control and hospital leadership to ensure standards.
