Xanitos, Inc. in Victoria, TX, seeks a 1st shift Environmental Services Manager at DeTar Hospital Navarro to lead the EVS team and partner with hospital leadership to deliver clean, safe patient environments.
You will oversee staffing, training, quality checks, inventory, and adherence to safety and vaccination policies while upholding Xanitos’ culture and service standards.
As an EVS Manager you will be responsible for managing the associates in the Environmental Services department with the oversight of the Unit Director. You will serve as a liaison between hospital departments and the Environmental Services department to provide the highest possible level of service.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent or better.
Bachelors or better in General Business or related field.
