Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication skills to differentiate color-coded labels and/or chemicals and follow written/verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas following cleaning procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals per Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
• Properly dispose of infectious waste and trash.
• Handle and clean up emergency spills per guidelines and safety standards.
• Follow infection prevention practices including PPE usage and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain safe work and storage areas according to policy.
