Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities and staffing rosters.
• Assign and adjust work schedules and monitor tasks.
• Inspect quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide ongoing instruction to Environmental Services staff.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure continuity of service.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues.
• Support daily operations and initiate safety initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
