Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks an Environmental Services Lead to supervise day-to-day EVS operations. The role requires coordinating staff, planning assignments with supervisors, and ensuring tasks meet EVS procedures.

You will monitor performance, assist in scheduling, and liaise with hospital staff to maintain clean, safe environments. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site in Burlington, with 2nd shift, rotating holidays, and every third weekend.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; leadership experience preferred and 3 years experience in housekeeping.
• Experience in environmental services or housekeeping operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-workers in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) program.
• Confers and plans with supervisory staff on job assignments and projects.
• Verifies completion of duties/tasks by EVS staff per EVS procedures.
• Assist in scheduling Environmental Services staff and adjust daily schedules for proper staffing.
• Coordinate projects and setups and liaise between EVS and customers/staff as needed.
