Job summary

White Rock Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain daily cleanliness and sanitation in a community hospital serving Dallas and surrounding areas. The role supports a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Under the EVS Supervisor guidance, duties include routine cleaning, linen changes, and supply restocking. Requires basic training or 6 months related experience and ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Six months or less related experience or training.
• Training or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
• Ability to stand and move quickly for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Mops and vacuums all floors daily and cleans mops after each use.
• Changes all bed linens and blankets as needed.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, and tubs.
• Restocks soap, toilet paper, and provides clean towels as needed.
• Washes windows and window coverings when required.
• Dusts countertops, furniture, and fixtures in rooms and hallways.
