Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers, determine needs, and secure resources.
• Maintain records and file materials.
• Monitor supplies, inventory levels, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate room setups and cleaning schedules.
• Conduct patient and client engagement rounds.
• Assist with shift start/closing procedures and equipment handling.
