Atrium Health Cleveland is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services team member for a full-time role, working a 40-hour week in an OR setting with a 6pm to 2:30am schedule and every other weekend. Starting pay is $20.80 per hour, with full-time benefits and growth opportunities within Atrium Health.

The position requires experience in housekeeping, the ability to work independently, and strong adherence to safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job.
• Capable of working independently.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department, and ensures completion that meets the set standard.
• Evaluates conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures.
• Coordinates staff training in proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues.
