Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in healthcare environmental services or related field.
• Leadership ability and effective verbal and written communication.
• Self-directed, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated customer-service skills, safe work practices, and infection control (hand hygiene).
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for positions in behavioral health settings that serve children.
• Arizona Criminal History Affidavit completed at hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently with general supervision, interacting with staff, patients, visitors, physicians, and vendors.

Overview

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is awaiting a Housekeeping EVS Associate to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, staff, visitors and guests. The successful candidate will perform cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance duties throughout the hospital. Experience in a hospital or institutional setting is not required.

Housekeeping support must be performed in a fast‑paced, physical environment. Tasks include walking and pushing cleaning carts, cleaning specialty areas such as COVID‑19 units or morgues, and handling cleaning chemicals for blood and bodily fluids. Excellent communication skills, a readiness to meet new challenges, and a background check and drug screen are required.

Shift Details

Full Time | 40 Hours/Week

Shift Time: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
Weekend and holiday rotations are required.

Weekend differential: $1.00 per hour flat rate.
