Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an EVS/Housekeeping Manager for evenings in Holmdel, NJ. You will direct frontline associates, coordinate schedules, and liaise between administration and departments to deliver high-quality environmental services in a healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, inspection-based improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with facility operations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior supervisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a changing environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership attributes.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; contract administration knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and annually review standards and procedures for staff.
• Plan work and staffing to ensure adequate service levels.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and report on goals and plans.
