Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Housekeeper Lead at Novant Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The role is full-time, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, with rotating weekends/holidays and a $17.00 per hour pay.

Prior management, shift lead, hospitality or EVS experience is preferred, with training provided. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, training, validating standards and ensuring guest satisfaction, while maintaining equipment and security of keys.

• Willing to train new team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents lateness.
• Resolves guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and assigns tasks for the shift.
• Maintains equipment, supplies and security of keys; enforces safety.
