Job summary

Responsibilities include using proper chemicals at correct dilutions, adhering to infection control policies, following schedules, and responding to overhead and beeper pages within minutes.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience buffing, burnishing, stripping and/or waxing floors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs hospital cleaning in patient and non-patient care areas.
• Uses chemicals and equipment with correct dilution and usage.
• Follows daily cleaning schedules and priority routines.
• Responds to pages within 5 minutes.
• Maintains clean, safe, and courteous environment for patients and staff.
